We watched too many operators
fight their software.
One of our team grew up in a family chauffeur business in west London. The software story there was the same as it is for half of London right now: a £79 WordPress plugin, a printed clipboard for the dispatcher, a separate Stripe account, a separate driver WhatsApp group, a separate folder of TfL PDFs.
The incumbent options were US-shaped (LimoAnywhere), or aimed at 50-car taxi fleets (Cab9, iCabbi), or required a six-month implementation. Nothing was built for a three-car chauffeur shop run by people who care more about the polish of the car than the polish of their backend.
So we built one. From scratch. UK-first in every default.
